From 17 to 22 August 2025, the 32nd International Cartographic Conference (ICC) took place in Vancouver, Canada. The event, held every two years, is organized by the International Cartographic Association (ICA). The Institute of Geodesy and Cartography was represented by Dr. habil. Dariusz Dukaczewski, Professor at IGiK, and Dr. Anna Markowska. The conference gathered around 750 participants from all over the world, including a 30-member delegation of Polish researchers. The central theme of the conference was “Mapping the Future”, with a focus on sustainable development, innovation, and inclusivity.
