Mateusz Kępka is graduated from the Faculty of Forestry, majoring in Spatial Management at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. The topic of the engineering thesis was the analysis of changes in road infrastructure condition in the selected municipality, in period of 1999-2019. In 2022, he completed his master’s studies with the specialization in Geomatics and Geoinformation in Spatial Management. His thesis concerned the assessment of the development of areas at risk of a 100-year flood in a selected city in Poland by using a computer flood simulation and a detailed assessment of individual functional areas included in local spatial development plans.
He started his professional career in 2022, working in a company in the field of implementation and operation of the Spatial Information System for municipalities throughout Poland, as an employee of the implementation department in the calibration and vectorization of graphic attachments to local spatial development plans.
