Konrad Wróblewski, M.Sc., is a graduate of the Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies at the University of Warsaw, where he majored in Geoinformatics, cartography and remote sensing. The title of his bachelor’s thesis was ‘Variability of the NDVI index for selected crop species based on data from the Sentinel-2 satellite’. His master’s thesis, on the other hand, with the title ‘Empirical evaluation of methods for cartographic presentation of climate change’, investigated with the eye tracking method how to present climate change data efficiently and effectively.
He has been working at the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography since March 2023. He is currently employed as an research assistant and is the Head of the Biebrza Wetlands Research Laboratory. In his scientific work he focuses on the use of modern satellite technologies in monitoring agricultural ecosystems. He is also part of a team involved in field data collection.
