INFORMATION CLAUSE ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSES

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR", we inform that:

  1. The administrator of personal data is Instytut Geodezji I Kartografii with its registered office at ul. Zygmunta Modzelewskiego 27, 02-679 Warsaw, tel. 22 329 19 00. The administrator can be contacted via email at igik@igik.edu.pl
  2. Administrator has designated Data Protection Officer whom you may contact via email at iod@perfectinfo.pl.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment in order to implement the contract between you and the Administrator based on art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR and based on Your consent art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR.
  4. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 30 days after the recruitment process has concluded.
  5. If you consent to processing Your data for the purpose of future recruitment, Your data will be processed for up to 1 year.
  6. Your personal data may be transferred to ICT service providers, entities providing insurance services, providers of legal and advisory services under relevant contracts, and entities authorized to receive them based on applicable law.
  7. On the terms set out in the GDPR, You have the right to:
  • access to the content of your data and obtaining a copy thereof.
  • requests for data rectification, deletion, and limitation of processing.
  • data transfer, i.e., receiving them in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format and sending them without any obstacles to another Administrator.
  • Revoke your consent at any point in time, without affecting the legality of the processing made before you revoked your consent.
  1. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you find the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  2. Providing personal data is voluntary. However, refusal to provide personal data will make it impossible to conduct the process of recruitment, and to implement a contract for the purpose of employment/internship.
  3. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  4. Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the European Union nor international organizations.

If You consent to processing your personal data after the recruitment process, for the purpose of future recruitment, please attach following consent to your application:

“I consent to processing personal data from my application by the Instytut Geodezji I Kartografii based in Warsaw for the purpose of future recruitment. I’m aware that I can revoke my consent at any point in time.”
