IGiK scientists at the 1st Geoinformation Congress

     The first Geoinformation Congress was held in Krakow on October 25-27 entitled: "Contemporary geoinformation technologies in space modeling", where the results of research work were presented by scientists from the Center for Applied Geomatics and the Center for Geodesy and Geodynamics IGiK.

     The following papers were presented:

     "The influence of meteorological elements on changes in NDVI in forests in Poland" by Kinga Kulesza and Agata Hościło.

     "Detection of land cover changes using multi-temporal Sentinel-2 optical data and the Google Earth Engine platform", whose authors are Alicja Rynkiewicz, Agata Hościło, Aneta Lewandowska, Linda Aune-Lundberg, Anne B. Nilsen and Anna Kończak

     "How does the verification of reference data and the use of the Digital Terrain Model affect the result of land cover classification? " Adam Waśniewski, Agata Hościło, Linda Aune-Lundberg

     "Unified marine gravimetric maps of the southern and eastern Baltic Sea for modern 3D applications in marine geodesy, geology and navigation (BalMarGrav)" - Monika Wilde-Piórko, Przemysław Dykowski, Jan Kryński, Małgorzata Szelachowska i in.
